Cycle 50 miles with a throng of like-minded cyclists, along the twists and turns of the streets of Edinburgh – lit by the moon and lights of the city.
Taking in the iconic sights of this beautiful city – the Royal Mile, the Castle, the Scott Monument – the route goes past Arthur’s Seat with stunning night views of the city from the Royal Observatory and past the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace.
This is a rare chance to explore the nooks and crannies of the Scottish capital at a time when much of the traffic has abated – enjoy the merriment of night life at Grassmarket and Cowgate and the tranquility of the Georgian crescents and cobbled streets of New Town as you pass through in the moonlight.
The Big Heart Bike Ride in India
6-15th February 2015
The Big Heart Bike Ride in India’ 6 – 15 February 2015. It is an amazing event which travels over 470km cycling in rural Rajasthan, starting with a visit to the stunning Taj Mahal and finishing in the famous Pink City of Jaipur. Accommodation throughout the challenge is in a variety of atmospheric Indian Palaces, with one night camping in an Indian cottage tent complete with camp beds and carpet. What a lovely way to end a hard day of cycling!

This fundraising walk is open to charities and anyone who is keen to get their walking boots on and hike for charity - you can choose either 10km, 20km, 40km or 60km routes - so something for everybody. This charity walk offers enthusiastic walkers the chance to experience a breathtaking charity walk over the picturesque South Downs in West Sussex and generate funds for their chosen charity. Set to become one of the UK's best endurance events, this Challenge follows the majestic coastal path for 100km right around England’s largest island. Most will walk it at their own pace, many will jog bits of it, and some will even run the full distance! 25th January - 4th February 2015
This amazing adventure takes us to Bwindi ‘The Impenetrable Forest’ in Uganda’s mountainous farsouthwestern tip where you will have the opportunity to track Mountain Gorillas. This action filled challenge starts in Mgahinga National Park where you will trek up Mount Sabinyo 3,645m one of he region’s inactive volcanoes. You will have the opportunity to get up close to another endangered species, the Golden Monkey in its natural habitat of bamboo forest. Local tribesmen will pilot dug-out canoes as we traverse Lake Mutanda and saving the best until last you trek into Bwindi ‘the impenetrable forest’ home to one of the richest ecosystems in Africa, in search of the habituated Mountain Gorilla families.
Observing Mountain Gorillas in their natural habitat should be at the top of everyone’s ‘To Do List’. Only 700 Mountain Gorillas remain in the wild so opportunities to get close to these magnificent creatures are extremely limited.
Trek Uganda is open to people of all ages and from all walks of life who will come together to do something amazing.
